First Lesson Check List for New Karate Students

All this week, all students, in all classes will be having a refresher lesson on these core karate basics.  Going forward, every new student will be taken through their ‘First Karate Lesson’ check list with one of our instructors.  Helping to ensure these lessons are learnt straight away and will help new students build confidence inside the dojo from the beginning.  #Wollondilly #Karate #Kyokushin #TrifuDojo
