Once you believe it is possible and believe you are capable, nothing holds you back. These 5 just smashed the dojo record again along with Senpai Dane. PLANKING FOR A WHOOPING 7 MINUTES!!!!!!!!
Congratulations to 'Student of the Month' for May. He has been working hard in his classes. Well done!!!
It is on!! Records are being smashed everywhere. 6 minutes planking in last night's 6.30pm Karate Kids class. Not many adults can do that! Awesome effort!
RECORD SMASHED!! These two young Karate girls just smashed the 3min 33sec planking record (held for 18 months). Sensei stopped them after 5 MINUTES!!!
